EMILIA AND LUNIGIANA: COMPARISON OF NOBLE WINES AND CURED MEATS
As part of the second weekend of the 2023 Parma Ham Festival, The Strada del Prosciutto e dei Vini dei Colli di Parma offers two events not to be missed for an #emiliawineexperience. Meeting between noble cured meats and DOC wines produced in the three neighboring areas, united by a strong food and wine vocation and a lot of history in common.

The salamis and wines of the provinces of Piacenza and Parma and Lunigiana meet in a pairing game. During the tasting, in combination, it will be possible to verify how the origins of this widespread culture of pig slaughter in all three Territories are largely common.
