On Sunday 10 September, we are waiting for you in Ziano for the 71st Grape Festival and the Valtidone Winefest to taste together a selection of wines from the producers of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica dei Colli Piacentini.
Opening of street food stands and Valtidone Wine Fest.
Presence of craft and food markets.
Guided tours of the church of San Paolo.
Entertainment throughout the day with the “buskers” with great news.
TASTING SPECIAL 👉 Enoteca Sette Colli di Ziano
4.30pm MASTERCLASS: The myth of Malvasia goes well with cheeses.
4 Malvasie – 4 Cheeses: guided tasting by Gal del Ducato, in collaboration with Sette Colli di Ziano and the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli Piacentini.
5.30pm LET’S COOK WITH MALVASIA
Show Cooking by the winner of the Challenge Mystery Box #AromaMalvasia, which involved 33 food bloggers from all over Italy, in collaboration with AIFB, for the preparation of 33 recipes with products from Piacenza and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica to be used as an ingredient or in combination .
16 wineries involved and 15 agricultural and agri-food companies
We can’t wait to taste the winning recipe paired with Malvasia.
