The Consortia for the Protection of DOC Wines of Piacenza and Parma, the Roads of Wines and Flavours of EMILIA, the Consorzio Salumi DOP Piacentini and the GAL DEL DUCATO at Vinitaly 2023 with a Master Class dedicated to the Malvasia Myth and the excellent food and wine of our territories.
Six selected proposals of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica from Parma and Piacenza, accompanied by the great specialities typical of the two territories: Coppa Piacentina DOP, Pancetta Piacentina DOP, Cacio del Po cheese, Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Fungo di Borgotaro IGP
