Roads of Wines and Flavours of Emilia – May/June
A food and wine festival which will start from 13 May and will relocate on various dates in different territories, between Parma and Piacenza, for an experience full of taste. The protagonist is Malvasia, a wine characterised by broad horizons and so much unexpressed potential, which differs from other wines thanks to its long and centuries-old history.
Seven events inspired by historical characters such as Casanova, Leonardo da Vinci and Garibaldi along the three Roads of Wines and Flavours of Emilia, where restaurateurs, wineries and holiday farms will welcome you on dedicated weekends with tastings and innovative pairings of Malvasia and local products. You will be able to taste the different types of Malvasia in the wineries that participate in the festival, as well as try new dishes and preparations dedicated to this vine in the restaurants and food labs and follow guided tastings on the Fridays of the festival.
The itineraries are ideally inspired by historical figures linked to these territories and will be held on the following weekends:
