Three tasting events > Emilia Wine Experience from the PO to the Apennines
Guided tastings where the gastronomic excellences from the Po to the Apennines merge with the wine ones in a game of combinations and expressions of the territory. Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Cacio del Po, Pancetta and Coppa Piacentina DOP and Porcino Mushroom meet the wines of the Colli Piacentini and Colli di Parma.
Organized by the Strada del Fungo Porcino di Borgotaro in collaboration with the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli Piacentini, the Strada del Prosciutto di Parma and Strada del Po e dei Sapori della Bassa Piacentina.
