Blind tasting The LANDS of MALVASIA. Second weekend of the MALVASIA e GENIO (Malvasia and Genius) food and wine festival. Play with us in the blind tasting on Friday 9 June at 6:30 pm at the Fratelli Piacentini winery with the game “Indovina la terra” (“Guess the Land”). We will find the correspondence between the organoleptic expression of the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica variety and the characteristics of the different soils of 4 different producers, that come from three different Terre dei Colli Piacentini for a blind tasting of sparkling Malvasia.

During the tasting, we will experiment with particular combinations with the four Malvasia variations present, in collaboration with the Mani in Pasta food lab of Castel San Giovanni.

After the tasting, it will be possible to dine at the Agriturismo Civardi Racemus with a delicious menu in search of unusual pairings with Malvasia di Candia Aromatica.

The “Malvasia e…” festival is promoted by the GAL del Ducato association in collaboration with the Strade di Emilia (Toads of Emilia) and Emilia Wine Experience.
