Salsomaggiore Terme (PR)
This visit is divided into three distinctive moments:
VINEYARD – We spend the first moment the vineyard, with a privileged view of the vines, recounted directly by those who take care of them and extract the nectar that will become wine.
CELLAR – We then continue our tour in the cellar, to discover all the secrets of past and ancient winemaking techniques, which are combined with our avant-garde technique.
TASTING – The closing moment cannot be anything but the tasting, accompanied by the best artisan products of the Food Valley, including oil and olives of our production, cured meats and cheeses of excellent quality.
